Job Summary The primary goal of our team is to generate new business revenue each month, achieving both individual and team targets. As an Account Executive, you will receive comprehensive training in Salesforce, sales processes, business development, and much more. Key Responsibilities Your main duty as an Account Executive will be to build a robust book of business through: Identifying and developing referral partnerships with real estate and mortgage professionals. Engaging clients to assess their insurance needs, exploring options within a wide array of carriers, and crafting customized solutions to minimize household risks. Compensation Overview Your potential earnings in the first year can range from $53,000 to $90,000, depending on your performance. Our compensation structure varies slightly by agency but offers uncapped commissions on new business as well as renewal commissions that continue year over year. Renewal commissions can provide passive income, significantly boosting your annual earnings. Outstanding performers may also be eligible for an annual President's Club trip. Experience and Education Requirements Must pass the state licensing exam upon hiring. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Essential Skills and Attributes Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment. B2B or B2C sales experience or relevant degree. Competitive mindset. Networking skills. Entrepreneurial spirit. Strong problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and proactive attitude. Excellent time management skills.
