Your Role As a Team Supervisor Associate, you will be essential in managing a retail office during the dynamic tax season. You will lead operations daily, ensuring that we consistently exceed our clients' expectations. Starting with a flexible part-time schedule in late fall, you will transition to a full-time commitment from January through April. Preferred Qualifications Experience in supervising or managing a team. A strong history of providing outstanding customer service. Your Responsibilities Assist the Multi-Unit Team Leader as the primary contact for office associates and clients, ensuring high service quality. Be accountable for the client service experience, addressing issues with the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager when necessary. Effectively manage escalated client service concerns. Ensure proper client scheduling and resolve any scheduling conflicts, escalating when necessary. Lead from the front desk; engage with clients while offering phone coverage and delivering exemplary service. Oversee daily operations to ensure associate scheduling, timely work completion, and quality standards are met. Conduct daily huddles to convey essential information to the team. What You'll Bring Experience in customer service or a related field. Strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day operations effectively. A customer-centric mindset paired with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. A willingness to commit to a flexible 40-hour work schedule based on business needs. A high school diploma or equivalent. Why Join Us?
