General Manager

We are seeking an experienced GM candidate for a position at our fast casual restaurant. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage overall operations under the guidance of the Area Director including but not limited to the following: Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, staffing, and hiring, staff development and holding team accountable, creating a culture in line with company values, building sales and local store marketing, safety & sanitation Work schedule Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental pay Bonus pay Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Employee discount
