You will step in to lead and inspire the team in the absence of the manager, delivering outstanding service and adhering to our operating guidelines. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and empowering team members during shifts by assigning tasks such as cleaning, line duties, and opening/closing responsibilities, while providing constructive feedback and effective training. Utilizing the huddle board to strategically position your team for success. Ensuring adherence to personnel policies, labor laws, and safety procedures. Executing all security protocols to safeguard our store and cash handling procedures. Creating memorable experiences for our guests with exceptional service and resolving any complaints or issues. Managing and organizing line operations, delegating duties efficiently to your team. Maintaining our high standards for product quality and safety, while working alongside the team as needed. Driving sales on each shift through suggestive selling techniques and knowledge of in-store promotions. Controlling food costs, labor, waste, and cash handling on your shift.
