As a Social Media Marketing Strategy Intern with Disney's Consumer Products Marketing Team, you will produce innovative and conceptual social media ideas to support Disney's consumer products business. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL, or Glendale, CA area from June 2026 to January 2027. What You Will Do You will participate in ideation sessions with the marketing teams. You will have the opportunity to show your creative thinking skills and social media savvy while working across a range of social platforms. You will get the chance to show off your creative skills, assembling content for our socials firsthand! Role responsibilities include: Ideate content concepts for Disney products on social platforms and analyze performance Capture and edit content, producing multiple deliverables weekly Build a community for social platform handles, engaging with content, and connecting with followers, and provide generational knowledge into Gen Z trends and way of thinking Be an active participant and work with the team to develop social media plans/calendars Work to develop influencer lists for gifting opportunities tied to our products Required Qualifications & Skills Actively engaged on a wide array of social media platforms with knowledge of content formats, functionality, and the latest trends Experience in content creation Ability to improve social content formats creatively Partnership and relationship skills Experience with TikTok as a user and creator Creatively minded with the ability to inspire creative teams Preferred Qualifications Experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & Illustrator) Previous experience in social marketing, entertainment brands, or experiences Previous work experience in marketing strategy, consumer packaged goods, advertising agency, and/or brand management Required Materials A portfolio review is required for this position. Education Junior or Senior year preferred Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Communications, PR, Design, or a related major preferred Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application posting, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship? Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program Be at least 18 years of age? Possess unrestricted work authorization?
