Key responsibilities of the Investment Banking Consulting Leader include: Lead and manage complex transformation programs for global investment banks, encompassing business, operational, regulatory, and technology changes. Oversee intricate consulting projects with substantial client interaction covering the entire trading lifecycle, from Front to Back Office, including Technology & Operations. Analyze client business and technology needs to offer tailored solutions that address specific requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to sell-side clients, collaborating with senior stakeholders to craft high-performance, forward-thinking solutions that enhance their market positioning. Understand industry trends and client needs to develop impactful technology initiatives. Basic Qualifications: At least 7+ years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on Investment Banking, exhibiting strong leadership and a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle and products. A minimum of 5+ years in external consulting or program management, successfully leading large-scale transformation programs at sell-side institutions. Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading major transformation initiatives at investment banks, including regulatory changes and technology-enabled advancements. In-depth knowledge of capital markets, investment banking client segments, product categories, and trading processes. Understanding of digital assets, emerging financial infrastructures, and distributed ledger technologies. Experience advising banks on operational resilience, including risk management and continuity planning. Proficiency in managing senior and executive client stakeholders across different departments. Active participation in business development and sales efforts, including shaping client opportunities. Excellent communication skills for creating clear, impactful materials. Proven ability to lead teams using both onshore and offshore delivery models. Experience mentoring and inspiring high-performing consulting teams. Capable of working independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience with sell-side trading platforms and regulations. Exemplary leadership in professional environments. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities in various settings. Relevant industry certifications such as CFA®.
