As the Perinatal Director, you will oversee and coordinate perinatal care services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will play a crucial role in developing and implementing programs that support the health and wellness of pregnant mothers and their infants. Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status US &GC Must-HavesMasters-level preparation in nursing or related health-care field preferred Required minimum 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role with fiscal and human resource management responsibility. Required Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Illinois. NCC c-EFM certified Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS certification required within last year. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex healthcare challenges. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
