Role: As a Shift Leader, you will empower the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction. You will take initiative to resolve challenges, assist your team, and guide operations in a self-sufficient manner. Responsibilities: Ensuring Top-Notch Customer Satisfaction: Execute the Manager-In-Charge Success Routine to maintain high standards in People, Customers, and Service. Ensure Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks effectively. Maintain a professional appearance and ensure team uniform compliance. Demonstrate a strong focus on customer needs. Guarantee food safety, quality, and order accuracy. Resolve customer complaints promptly, maintaining positive relations. Greet every customer with a friendly demeanor and a smile. Maintain a sense of urgency in all tasks. Collaborate effectively with management and team members. Foster teamwork by supporting colleagues whenever needed. Developing Team Members: Provide regular performance feedback to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM). Offer constructive feedback to Team Members to encourage growth. Actively participate in training new team members. Handle conflicts constructively in partnership with the RGM. Act Like an Owner: Assist in managing Profit and Loss by upholding cash control and procedures. Oversee proper food preparation and safety protocols. Assist the RGM with maintaining the facility and adhering to health and safety standards. Complete additional tasks as required by management. Requirements: Preference for internal promotion from the Hourly Champion position. Must be at least 18 years old and possess reliable transportation. Able to perform basic business math. Must be capable of stocking shelves and coolers. Able to oversee and provide direction to subordinate employees. Physically able to perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant's exterior. Capable of standing and moving throughout the shift. Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Must pass background check criteria. Attendance: Adhere to the assigned work schedule and arrive on time, ready to work in uniform. Accurately record all hours worked using approved timekeeping systems. Initiative and Energy: Proactively take action, exceeding basic job requirements and maintaining high energy levels. This job description is not exhaustive.
