Key Responsibilities: Safely navigate and operate heavy haul trucks for the transportation of oversized and overweight loads. Plan and execute compliant routes in accordance with state and federal regulations. Ensure loads are secured correctly for safe transportation. Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on the truck to ensure peak performance. Maintain accurate logs and records of cargo, routes, and hours of service. Engage effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure smooth operations. Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold the company's professional image. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in heavy haul transportation. Possession of a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with relevant endorsements. Strong understanding of state and federal transportation regulations. Ability to operate heavy haul equipment and perform maintenance tasks competently. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Comfortable with being away from home for extended periods, including trips longer than one week.
