As a Service Consultant, you play a crucial role in driving sales success at our Truck Care facilities through your salesmanship, leadership, and exceptional customer service skills. In this position, you will be a vital part of our management team, combining your technical knowledge and managerial abilities to oversee service centers and pave your path towards becoming a Truck Care General Manager. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Consultant to serve as the primary liaison between customers and our sales department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure a safe and clean facility for both staff and customers. Welcome customers, assess their vehicle service needs, and accurately document any concerns. Provide detailed estimates for repairs and services, run sales promotions, and secure the necessary approvals and payments. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: A minimum of 6 months in customer service or sales is preferred. Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to pass drug screening and medical examination as per regulations. SKILLS: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Diverse skills in salesmanship, building positive relationships, managing operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical Demands: Involves regular communication and active engagement, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing. Requires frequent lifting and moving of items over 75 pounds.
