Requisition ID: 43512BR Business Unit: LPG Job Description: The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, is seeking a talented and experienced EPC/Design-Build Project Manager to lead our heavy industrial projects. This position is crucial for executing construction initiatives with exceptional quality and a strong focus on safety. Your mission includes: Providing comprehensive administrative and technical leadership for various projects, with the ability to work independently or with other Construction Managers. Implementing our Safety Program effectively, which includes managing Safety Manuals and leading training efforts. Overseeing project schedules and training Construction Managers on scheduling software. Estimating construction costs for proposals and assisting in the development of Bid Packages and Scopes of Work. Ensuring alignment of construction projects with design specifications, budget constraints, and targeted timelines. Establishing and validating quality assurance and control protocols on-site. Planning and supervising field activities, with authority over personnel transactions under the Director of Construction. Guaranteeing compliance with company, client, and project policies, while ensuring personnel training verification. Managing comprehensive project documentation and logs. Conducting regular job site visits for training, audits, and essential meetings. Approving punch lists and leading final inspections to achieve quality standards. Collaborating with project management teams to review workforce and budgetary requirements. Pay Range: $104,000.00 - $168,480.00 Minimum Qualifications: Five (5) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, Eight (8) years of relevant experience with an Associate degree, or Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience with a high school diploma. The required degree should be in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in EPC / Design-Build environments. Proven project management experience in heavy industrial sectors. Strong ability to lead field teams effectively. OSHA certification (10, 30, etc.).
