Job Description Join us as a Lead Product Manager in the Advertising Technology sector and take charge of innovative advertising technology solutions, particularly those driven by Generative AI. In this impactful role, you will spearhead advancements throughout the advertising ecosystem, benefiting both advertisers and publishers while focusing on efficiency, personalization, optimization, and measurable outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a strategic product vision for an AI-centric advertising platform, pinpointing groundbreaking opportunities within the AdTech landscape. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to define and deliver compelling product features and engage directly with stakeholders to confirm product direction, gather insights, and enhance adoption. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision Craft and promote a comprehensive product vision for a state-of-the-art AI-driven advertising platform, encompassing activation, optimization, measurement, and yield. Spot disruptive opportunities and uncharted areas within the AdTech domain, especially where Generative AI can revolutionize workflows, targeting, creative processes, or monetization strategies. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitive environments, and emerging technologies to guarantee the long-term differentiation of the platform. Product Innovation & Solution Design Oversee the conception, specification, and rollout of pioneering product features in areas including Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), Hyper-targeting, automated workflow orchestration, and advanced analytics. Translate intricate customer challenges and market deficiencies into straightforward product requirements, user journeys, and architectural frameworks. Collaborate with engineering and AI research teams to design intelligent solutions involving foundation-model-powered features, advanced workflows, predictive systems, and automation engines. AI-Driven Product Strategy & Execution Steer the incorporation of AI across the platform, from foundational infrastructure to application execution, including content generation and optimization models. Partner with AI engineering and research teams to assess model performance, experiment feedback, and real-world impacts to maintain reliability, transparency, and ethical governance. Establish guidelines for responsible AI use in advertising, ensuring compliance, brand safety, and ethical applications. Stakeholder & Market Engagement Engage with agencies, advertisers, publishers, and partners to validate product direction, acquire insights, and boost adoption. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and analytics to ensure product success, readiness for market launch, and measurable outcomes. Represent the product vision during executive presentations, industry events, and strategic customer interactions. Lifecycle Ownership & Prioritization Create detailed roadmaps prioritizing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact. Use data and insights to prioritize initiatives, balancing incremental enhancements with innovative ventures. Ensure execution excellence through defined requirements, product requirement documents (PRDs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and ongoing product assessment. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly in AdTech, MarTech, programmatic advertising, or related fields, with a minimum of 7 years in relevant domains. Demonstrated success in delivering complex platform products at scale across both demand and supply-side environments. Strong grasp of video advertising technologies, including programmatic buying, real-time bidding, audience targeting, measurement, and creative technologies. Experience developing advertising solutions for consumer video platforms (e.g., broadcast, cable television, streaming services). Hands-on experience with AI/ML-focused product development, particularly in the context of Generative AI. Outstanding ability to distill complexity into a clear strategic vision, product architecture, and actionable specifications. Disclaimer: This role may require compliance with local health and occupational mandates. Salary range: $115,400 to $251,600 annually. Potential eligibility for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
