Transparent Pay Structure: Our competitive base pay for Shift Leaders ranges from $13.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, Team Members may qualify for shift incentives, discounts, and other rewarding benefits as per company policies. The Day-to-Day: Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs. Supervise Team Members to complete Shift Excellence tasks and uphold a clean and neat appearance. Guarantee food safety, quality, and order accuracy. Quickly resolve customer complaints while maintaining strong customer relationships. Regularly provide feedback to the GM on Team Member performance. Offer constructive and positive feedback to Team Members ongoing. Engage in the training of Team Members actively. Address conflicts constructively, working with the GM towards resolution. Assist the GM in screening potential Team Member candidates. Help manage Profit & Loss by following cash control and security protocols, maintaining inventory, and managing labor effectively. Oversee proper preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times of products. Support the GM in facility maintenance and ensure ongoing adherence to health and safety standards. Is this You? At least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience, with a preference for 3 months of shift lead experience. Follows cash, security, inventory, and labor policies diligently. Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable and dependable transportation is a must. Exceptional communication, management, leadership, and organizational skills. Physical ability to move up to 45 lbs. consistently. Strong attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to operate a cash register as needed and handle cash transactions. Basic math skills are essential. Maintains high customer satisfaction while adhering to health and safety standards. Promotes and embodies Taco Bell's culture and values.
