Job Type Full-time, Part-time Description Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 3rd Shift, 12-Hour Shifts 6:00 pm - 6:30 am Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) working the third shift with 12-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Assist residents or patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility - Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in health status to nursing staff - Provide emotional support and companionship to residents or patients - Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all individuals in your care - Follow all infection control and safety protocols - Assist with feeding and medication reminders as directed by nursing staff - Document care provided accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies Skills and Qualifications: - Valid CNA certification or license in the state of employment - Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs - Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts during the third shift (overnight hours) - Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents for extended periods We foster a positive, inclusive work environment that values professional development and work-life balance.
