In this leadership role, you will work closely with the PCNT Director to provide guidance and support to the neuro trauma team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to critically ill patients. Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification • Provide leadership and direction to the PCNT team, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care and achieving optimal patient outcomes. • Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, patient-team rounding, and ensuring patient and family satisfaction. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, resource nurses, and administrative staff, to promote a system of safe, quality healthcare. • Oversee employee performance evaluations, staff development, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Candidate requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. • Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License. • BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross). • PCCN, TNCC, and TCAR certifications preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience in a critical care environment with supervisory neuro trauma experience.
