From fire and water damage remediation to full service reconstruction, we lead the way.Essential Functions Perform high quality water mitigation services Water extraction Perform demolition tasks Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged Place and monitor drying equipment Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures Establish containment, decontaminate, set up and monitor remediation equipment Perform job cleanup and breakdown Effectively lead a work crew, coach, and train technicians Experience and Skill Requirements IICRC certification Experience in water mitigation Always prioritize workplace and job site safety Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Take part of our on-call rotation work schedule Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a DOT med card for operating box trucks Technology proficiency such as use of email, software, and apps to document jobs with photos CompensationYour compensation will vary by your experience level $25-$30 per hour, $26+ with IICRC WRT and FSRT certifications. This can be discussed during the first interview.
