The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC systems and building automation controls, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and optimizing system performance. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation systems (controls). Conduct preventative maintenance on facility equipment to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other team members to ensure facility systems operate efficiently and reliably. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and systems maintained. Qualifications: Proficiency in HVAC system maintenance and repair is required. Experience with building automation systems (controls) is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Relevant certifications in HVAC or building controls are a plus.
