CSM is among America's top 100 producers of Minority Associate Degrees in twenty categories, according to Diverse Issues in Higher Education. This is an applicant pool for part-time Photography faculty in the Department of Visual and Performing Arts. The areas taught by this department include: Visual Arts, Music, Theater and Dance, Digital Media Production.CSM is accepting applications for the following adjunct positions at the La Plata Campus location: Principles of Lighting. Fall, Spring, or Summer Semesters; Afternoon or Evening availability desired, but all applicants are welcome. CSM is looking for dynamic individuals who can implement the comprehensive mission of a community college by assessing, documenting, and improving student learning through instruction. Minimum Education and TrainingMaster's degree in the discipline of instruction OR Master's in any field AND 15 hours in the discipline OR Sufficient experience in lieu of either requirement, as approved by the Vice President of Academic Affairs. Teaching experience is preferred. This person should possess enthusiasm and passion for student learning and be able to respond to the needs of students using a variety of teaching methods including new technologies.
