Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Position: Full-Time Location: Massachusetts Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Role Overview This LMHC position centers on providing consistent, evidence-informed mental health care to adults through telehealth. You will manage your own caseload, guide clients through treatment goals, and deliver therapy that leads to measurable outcomes.
