ResponsibilitiesBSW Rehab in Aubrey seeks a full time Physical Therapist to join a team of residency / fellowship trained staff to start providing exceptional care immediately. Primarily we see general orthopedics with a heavy emphasis on the spine, pre-/post-operative care, and deconditioning. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, open to pursue board certification/fellowship, and team oriented with great communication skills. A strong orthopedic background is preferred. This is a small clinic of 2 PT’s and 1 PSS and the successful candidate must be flexible with clinic schedule. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
