Inventory & Distribution Supervisor

Summary of responsibilities: Supervises the day-to-day operations of inventory and distribution functions to ensure compliance with contractually required performance requirements. Handles difficult questions; responsible for ensuring responsiveness, courtesy, and accuracy, confidentiality, and contract deliverables. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily operations of Tag Inventory and distribution areas. • Supervise tag clerks and Work Leads. • Ensure department meets compliance with contractual SLAs. • Evaluate data and make good business decisions. • Monitor daily workflow. • Work closely with and act as liaison between departments and clients. • Accountable for daily production reports, the ability to generate daily reports. • Responsible for tracking/monitoring employee performance and attendance. • Evaluate staff and perform annual appraisals. • Oversee tag fulfillment requests. • Outbound mailings processing. • Other duties as assigned. Additional requirements: • High school diploma or equivalency. • At least two years of warehouse or inventory experience • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Proficient in use of personal computer, including MS Office Suite. • Able to successfully operate in a high paced production environment • Good organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills • Ability to train staff We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, generous paid time off, company-paid life insurance, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
