The role involves driving Agile ceremonies, improving team velocity, and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.This role requires close coordination with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to streamline workflows and enhance risk decisioning capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.)Coach teams on Agile/Scrum methodologiesImprove overall team velocity and delivery efficiencyRemove blockers and ensure smooth sprint executionAlign cross-functional teams to achieve sprint & project goalsKey SkillsStrong hands-on experience with RDT / Risk Decisioning TechnologiesExpertise in Agile/Scrum frameworksStrong stakeholder communication & coordination skillsAbility to mentor teams and drive Agile maturity
