Job Title: Business Process Reengineering Job Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid) Job Type: ContractJob Description: Analyze current-state ("as-is") business processes, systems, and data flows Design and implement future-state ("to-be") processes and system improvements Act as SME for five long-standing web applications Support ongoing operations (KTLO) and system enhancements Facilitate working sessions with business, technical, QA, and security teams Gather, document, and translate business and system requirements Create and maintain process, system, and training documentation (SEM/SUITE) Guide Agile delivery using Azure DevOps (backlogs, pipelines, reporting) Support system modernization and legacy transformation efforts Ensure alignment with security standards (SSP, NIST, ATO) Requirement: Bachelor's degre 12+ years experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Process SME 10+ years experience with: Azure DevOps Agile methodologies As-is / to-be process modeling SEM/SUITE methodologies 5+ years experience with: System Security Plans (SSP) NIST controls and ATO processes Risk analysis and POAMs IT Service Management (ITIL) Knowledge of .NET, SQL Server, and Teradata (conceptual) Interested candidates can send their updated resumes at
