About the job QRM Application Support Engineer QRM Application Support Engineer needs 5-8+ years' of technical expertise with MS SQL, including strong experience reading and writing SQL queries, and working knowledge building and maintaining SSIS packages B QRM Application Support Engineer requires: QRM tech engineer specialized in installation of that software, troubleshoot, upgrade in AWS cloud environment; AWS Infrastructure Batch, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Step Functions etc. Terraform PowerShell scripting MS SQL Familiarity with analytical tools. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, collaborative team player, and able to work in a matrixed environment across LOBs, positive attitude, team player, self-starter. Vendor management/negotiating skills QRM JASON CI/CD Gitlab Windows Powershell QRM Application Support Engineer duties: oManage QRM product including maintenance and improvement of application performance and stability oInterface with business and management support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities oTroubleshoot new updates and upgrades with the QRM software oParticipate in Agile SCRUM team ceremonies oWork with project or functional leads in developing use cases / scenarios, flow diagrams and performing workflow analysis oCreate documentation as necessary during all phases of the SDLC
