Construction Manager - Residential Projects | $75 - 100K Your new company A well-established residential builder operating across the DMV region is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of custom home additions and new builds, this company is known for delivering high-quality craft skills and maintaining strong client relationships. Your new role You'll be the onsite project lead, managing a steady flow of residential projects ranging from 350K to 1,200 sq ft. These include both new construction and additions of spaces that function as separate residences. You'll oversee subcontractors, coordinate labor, and ensure projects are completed on time. With 1-3 active projects at a time, you'll play a key role in maintaining timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction - often with homeowners living on-site.
