HI Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Location: Newark, NJ Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Modules (Finance, SCM, PPM) and a proven track record ofleading complex, full-cycle implementations in both technical and functional capacities. This role demands a unique blend of business process knowledge, hands-on technical expertise (data, reporting, integrations), andthe ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders in delivering scalable, cloud-first ERP solutions. Required Qualifications: • 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, PPM). • Proven leadership in at least 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations, including global rollouts. • Strong SQL and PL/SQL proficiency for data validation, reconciliation, and transformation. • Experience with data migration from legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud, including reconciliation strategy and post-load validation. • Familiarity with Oracle ERP table structures, APIs, FBDI/ADFDI templates, and custom reporting datasets. • Deep understanding of data integrity, referential constraints, and business rule enforcement in Oracle ERP. • Proficiency in tools such as OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across both technical(data/integration/reporting) and functional (process/configuration) layers. • Strong experience with testing strategies, including SIT, UAT, regression, and post-patch validations. Preferred Qualifications: • Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist - Oracle Cloud Financials. • Exposure to other Oracle Fusion modules such as AP, AR, GL, or Procurement. • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware for real-time integrations. • Familiarity with Jira and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket). • Prior experience in public sector or transit industry is a plus.
