Role: Salesforce CPQ BSA Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract Client: Riveron Job Description: Deep understanding of end-to-end QTC processes: lead-to-opportunity, quoting, CPQ, contract management, order management, billing, and revenue recognition. Expertise in Salesforce, CPQ, Billing and Integration. Proven ability to design and manage integrations between CRM, CPQ, ERP. Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience managing programs in dynamic environments. Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills. Initiates requirements gathering independently Asks detailed questions about initiatives Understands the basic configuration of the Application/Domain System, and gains deep understanding of the automated processes to which one is assigned Writes effective User Stories, including a problem statement, with defined trigger points, testing Scenarios and tech recommendations Performs data analysis on processes related to initiatives within scope Initiates and performs UAT with business stakeholders, showing clear comprehension of the requested new process flow Able to do standard reporting out of domain system Able to respond to, escalate or resolve day to day operational items Writes and sends updates, such as status reports on initiatives, or comments on stories independently and on a timely basis
