Diesel Technician

We're on the hunt for a skilled and motivated mechanic who knows their way around tractors and semi-trailers. If you've got experience with dry bulk tanks, that's a definite plus-but not required. This role is ideal for a self-starter with their own tools and reliable transportation. Bring your skills, and we'll bring the opportunities. What You'll Need: Proven experience in tractor and semi-trailer repair Hands-on knowledge of brakes, PMs, and electrical systems Experience in engine diagnostics is a big plus Solid trailer repair and preventive maintenance (PM) experience Basic computer skills to manage repair logs and diagnostics Ability to work independently and efficiently What We Offer: Pay starting at $35.25/hr (DOE & certifications) Average yearly earnings: $85,000+ We cover the cost of any required ASE certifications Full benefits after just 30 days Benefits Package: 401(k) + matching Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 7 paid holidays Paid vacation Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Location: In-person position based in Virginia Beach, VA 23455 Must be able to commute or relocate prior to start date
