Job DescriptionAngell Transport is IMMEDIATELY hiring full-time Class A CDL Drivers out of Haslet, TX to run Amazon deliveries. Do you have experience as a CDL A Truck Driver? Perfect. Have you driven for Amazon or similar companies? Even better. Positions Available: Linehaul Solo Drivers: Schedule: Rotating 4 on and 4 off schedule Start Times: 5:30 PM OR 7:30 PM Shifts: Up to 14 hours, not exceeding 11 hours of driving time Sleeper cab is assigned to you only (not shared) Consistent 4 days on / 4 days off rotation ORHome-Daily Drivers: Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Wednesday Afternoon & Evening Dispatches Shifts: Up to 14 hours, not exceeding 11 hours of driving time Drivers run 3 days per week, but must be available for all 4 scheduled days Benefits of a CDL A Truck Driver: $22/hour - that's $880/week for 40 hours Nighttime Differential: Additional $0.50/hour Paid Time Off: Starts accruing on Day 1 401(k) up to 4% Company Match after 1 year of employment Full Medical Benefits available after 30 days Training Pay: Paid at the full hired rate Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses No-touch Freight, drop and hook only Equipment: CNG Day Cab Tractors & Diesel Sleeper Cabs Endorsements: None required Minimum Requirements of a CDL A Driver include: Must live within 25 miles of Haslet, TX Valid Class A CDL, at least 21 years old, with a minimum of at least 1 year of driving experience Basic mechanical knowledge preferred but not required Must complete a CMV road test at the time of hire No failed or refused drug/breath alcohol tests, including DUIs, DWIs, and BACs Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Good DAC report, clean Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) report Must have a valid DOT Med Card and pass a pre-employment drug screen Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proper documentation Must be able to use E-Logs, communication, and routing platforms, including iOS software
