QA Automation Engineer Primary Skills: Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Experience testing a variety of browsers, environments, and devices, Frontend development experiences with JS and TS, continuous deployment, Continuous Integration, Jira, Playwright, Automation Testing, Git, JavaScript, Project management, TypeScript Zeals Co., Ltd is Looking for: Primary responsibilities: Ensure the quality of the product through verification and validation Understand the specifications of the software/system Plan and strategize test automation Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts Required Skills: Strong programming experience, preferably in JavaScript/Typescript At least 5 or more years of overall software development/ quality assurance experience the majority in QA Automation Advanced or expert-level knowledge with Playwright, an end-to-end testing automation framework, OR advanced experience with a JavaScript-based automation solution Have a strong understanding of industry best practices, and can share them to the team and drive standardization in automated testing Adherence to coding standards set forth by the team, ensuring consistency and readability of code. Ability to design and implement efficient and maintainable test scripts that align with project requirements. Integration with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (e.g. GitHub actions). Strong analytical skills to identify and address core issues with logical precision. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts concisely and effectively. Proven capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a team. Must be highly responsive and communicative through written means, such as Slack, Jira, and GitHub comments. Exceptional time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines effectively.
