We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our skilled interdisciplinary team. Comprehensive Benefits: Paid Time Off, Sick Leave & Paid Holidays 403(b) and 401(a) Retirement Plans Employee Assistance Program Benefits vary by employment status What We're Looking For: Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or Communication Disorders Licensure: Valid Ohio license as required by the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Experience: 2-4 years of clinical experience preferred, but not required What You'll Do: Evaluate and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in the home setting Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers Educate and counsel patients and caregivers on communication techniques and strategies Maintain timely and accurate documentation Support program development and participate in interdisciplinary care and quality improvement initiatives Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field Want to learn more?
