This position is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of janitorial and facility maintenance products to our customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, maintains a strong safety record, and is detail-oriented in all aspects of delivery and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a company delivery vehicle (non-CDL) to deliver janitorial and facility maintenance supplies to customer locations.Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to assigned routes and schedules.Provide exceptional customer service at every delivery, representing Fagan Sanitary Supply in a professional and courteous manner.Load and unload products, verifying orders for accuracy and completeness.Maintain delivery paperwork, invoices, and electronic records with attention to detail.Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse staff, and management regarding deliveries or issues.Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.Required QualificationsValid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record.Minimum of 5+ years of delivery driving experience.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Dependable, punctual, and reliable work ethic.Basic computer skills (ability to use handheld devices, delivery software, or basic applications).Ability to lift, carry, and move products as required.Non-CDL position.Preferred Skills & AttributesExperience in janitorial, facility maintenance, or distribution delivery is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Problem-solving mindset and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferStable, full-time employment with a reputable local company.Competitive pay and benefits package, including 401(k) retirement plan.Supportive team environment.Opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers.
