Project Engineer with PE

Project Manager (PE) – Civil Infrastructure | North Austin, TX We are seeking a licensed Professional Engineer with 5–8+ years of civil engineering experience to join our growing North Austin office in a leadership capacity. This is a strategic role with a well-established, locally owned firm offering the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary projects, manage clients, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This is an ideal position for a motivated engineer who still enjoys hands-on design work but is ready to step fully into project and people management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical accuracy, schedule adherence, and budget performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and sub-consultants. Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance on design execution and professional development. Coordinate and oversee planning, analysis, permitting, and design efforts for a variety of infrastructure projects. Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Contribute to client development, proposal preparation, and project forecasting as needed.
