At FemmPro OB/GYN and FemmPro MIDWIFE, we're seeking to expand our strong MIDWIFE offering for our successful OB/GYN practice on Long Island, New York and give birthing families a transformative experience. We are pursuing highly motivated certified nurse midwives (CNM) to join our thriving team. Must have labor and delivery experience, be willing to embrace a reasonable call schedule at both affiliated hospitals, and contribute to our culture of teamwork and collaboration, where we always place the needs of our patients first.  Position Requirements:  Work closely with the OB/GYN Physicians to ensure proper patient care  Perform vaginal deliveries plus Well-Woman GYN care, Contraception, Preconception and Postpartum support      bringing expertise and passion to each patient's journey at every stage of life Develop individualized treatment/birthing plans for Obstetrical and Gynecological patients Perform histories, exams, and patient follow-ups Utilize the latest evidence-based practices to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes Embody a spirit of nurturing, caring, and strive for excellence to deliver the highest standard of patient care Given the nature of the OB/GYN discipline, dedication, commitment and flexibility are of paramount importance Opportunity for growth at FemmPro OB/GYN.
