The Oncology Pharmacy Manager will lead pharmacy services within a hospital designated as a Stroke Center and Cardiac Center while advancing a strong oncology program that spans inpatient oncology care and ambulatory infusion. The Oncology Pharmacy Manager will guide USP-compliant sterile compounding, hazardous drug safety, chemotherapy verification, oral oncolytic stewardship, evidence-based pathways integrated into the EHR, and continuous quality projects that elevate outcomes across the cancer care continuum. The Oncology Pharmacy Manager will report to the Director of Pharmacy and collaborate closely with Clinical Pharmacy Specialists, a Pharmacy Operations Manager, and a seasoned team of oncology pharmacists and technicians for outstanding support. The Oncology Pharmacy Manager will partner daily with friendly nurses, medical and radiation oncologists, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, case management, nutrition, and social work to drive formulary stewardship, P&T initiatives, order set optimization, accreditation readiness, staff education, precepting, investigational drug services, and service line growth through pharmacy informatics and medication safety.
