Title: O365 Sharepoint Engineer Location: Cincinnati, OH Duration: Full Time Job Description: • Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and recommend improvements or new features equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience administering SharePoint environments. • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI/Power Automate) a plus. • Knowledge of Windows Servers and VMWare a plus. • Knowledge of administrating and maintaining Exchange Online a plus. • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, PIM, and security best practices. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Roles & Responsibilities • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, workflows, and integrations. • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement SharePoint solutions that improve collaboration and document management. • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with security and governance policies. • Manage user access and roles using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, including escalations from Microsoft support • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices. • Lead SharePoint migration projects and integrations with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
