Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Greenfield, IN Work Schedule & PayIntegrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician for an immediate opportunity. Pay rate: $27-$30/hour (based on experience, DOE) Start: Immediate Schedule: Full-time Hours: Typically 40+ hours per week with overtimeOvertime: Regular overtime available based on production and maintenance needs Some Saturdays may be requiredBenefits: Comprehensive benefits available through the client upon hire Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong experience in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and facility maintenance. This role is critical to maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring reliable facility operations to support production and site activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Perform routine and complex maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered manufacturing equipment and hydraulic systems Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility infrastructure Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, diesel engine, and basic facility-related issues and recommend corrective actions Replace, repair, and calibrate parts to maintain optimal operational standards Perform general facility maintenance, including lighting repairs, HVAC support, minor plumbing, painting, and basic building repairs Maintain detailed service logs and maintenance records for equipment and facility systems Safely use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments Read and interpret technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, diesel diagrams, building layouts, and blueprints Monitor equipment performance and assist in identifying process and maintenance improvements Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations and protocols Support training and mentoring of junior maintenance personnel as needed Work Saturdays as required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Technical degree or certification in Diesel Mechanics, Hydraulics, Industrial Maintenance, or Facility Maintenance preferred Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and facility maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong understanding of preventative maintenance practices for both equipment and facilities Skilled in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and facility-related issues Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints Knowledge of standard manufacturing and facility safety procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces Ability to complete required safety training, including: Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) Working from Heights Confined Space Entry Forklift Operation Manlift Operation Ability to perform and complete Crane InspectionsMust pass a pre-employment drug screening Preferred Skills Welding and fabrication experience Basic electrical and PLC troubleshooting knowledge Certifications such as ASE, HVAC, or other diesel/hydraulic/facility maintenance credentials Equipment Maintained Ottawa Yard Tractors Batch Plants Forklifts Man Lifts Ready-Mix Trucks Gantry and Overhead Cranes Small engines and miscellaneous equipment Interested?
