Senior Accela Application Developer

Title: Senior AccelaApplication Developer Location: Lasing MI (Hybrid) - Position location: Lansing, MI. Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. - Local candidates (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the onsite/hybrid schedule) As a Senior Application Developer, the employee performs a complete range of information system analyst assignments including, but not limited to, designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications Skills requested are JAVA, Rhino JavaScript, .NET, HTML, XML, SQL, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), relational database concepts, SVN and GIT source control, web services, and Accela configuration, scripting, reporting (including SSRS and Crystal reports). Experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform (Accela Automation) for Licensing and Case Management and Accela Citizen Access 10+ years Experience with reporting (AD HOC, Crystal reports, and SSRS) 13+ years Experience in the Accela environment with design, development, code review, and testing 10+ years Experience in the Accela environment with setting up application security roles, best practices for security roles and FIDS 10 years Experience in the Accela environment with scripting and configuration (event, batch, pageflow, and expression) 10+ years Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases 10+ years Experience promoting changes using Accela's Configuration Manager exports/imports 10+ years Experience with SVN and GIT code repositories 10+ years Experience with Accela GIS 6 years Experience with Accela Mobile apps 8 years Understanding of Accela payment adapter configurations 8+ years Experience with Accela Data Migration Tool 10+ years Experience with Angular 2 years Experience with React 1 years
