CNC Machinist

Overview: We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes to produce parts and components per specifications. Job Duties: Set up and operate CNC lathes (preferably HAAS) to machine parts to required specifications. Make minor program edits using G and M codes. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications, including geometric dimensions and tolerances. Select, load, and use proper machining tools such as drills, taps, and boring heads. Perform diversified, close-tolerance lathe operations. Verify part conformance using measuring devices and make adjustments as needed. Perform basic machining math and trigonometry calculations. Conduct machine maintenance and keep tools in working order. Qualifications: 1-35 years of CNC lathe experience preferred. Experience with G and M code programming. Experience with HAAS lathes is a plus.
