Job Description HANDS-ON EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER Location: Coconut Grove, FL Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, exact hours to be determined) Rate: $45 - $55 per hour, DOE + Benefits LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY - MUST BE WITHIN REASONABLE DRIVING DISTANCE Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous, trustworthy, and adaptable Full-Time Housekeeper to take charge of a welcoming, 5000 sq ft private home in Coconut Grove, FL. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who has a genuinely warm and positive attitude. You will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and care in a beautifully appointed home. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to read a room and respond appropriately to the household's dynamic needs. Experience with fine furnishings, luxury surfaces, and delicate materials is essential, along with a deep respect for and familiarity with high-value art collections, antiques, designer décor, and elegantly appointed environments is required. Fluency in English is required. Key Responsibilities: • Perform thorough cleaning and organization of all rooms, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas • Conduct seasonal or as-needed deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., windows, carpets, and appliances) • Care for fine furnishings, specialty surfaces, and high-end materials with appropriate cleaning methods • Manage laundry services, including washing, ironing, and folding garments and linens with precision and care • Light organizing and tidying, maintaining a well-presented and welcoming environment • Maintain discretion and sensitivity when working around principals, guests, and pets • Assist with errands or occasional household tasks as required Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of housekeeping experience in UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) private homes Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and discretion Attributes: High emotional intelligence, proactive mindset, sunny disposition, and commitment to confidentiality
