EP Lab Manager (RN) Location: Austin, TX Compensation: Up to $130K base salary Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Relocation: Eligible Employment Type: Full-Time, Nursing Leadership She Recruits is seeking an experienced EP Lab Manager (RN) to lead a high-volume, advanced Electrophysiology program within a major cardiovascular institute. This role oversees clinical operations, staff management, patient throughput, and daily workflow across multiple EP labs and related care areas. The ideal candidate brings strong acute care experience, EP specialization, and a leadership style grounded in collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence. Role Overview: The EP Lab Manager provides operational oversight and direct supervision to nursing and support staff assigned to the Electrophysiology program. This leader ensures safe and efficient delivery of care, maintains clinical quality standards, supports staff development, and facilitates effective communication across interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include workflow coordination, staff evaluations, compliance monitoring, budget participation, and continuous improvement of departmental operations. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise assigned EP staff and oversee daily EP lab operations to support safe, efficient patient flow • Direct the activities of nursing and support personnel to ensure high-quality patient outcomes • Conduct performance evaluations, establish individual goals, and support ongoing staff development • Communicate departmental updates, education topics, and administrative information through in-service sessions and staff meetings • Ensure adherence to nursing standards of care and departmental policies • Oversee patient records and daily charge accuracy • Participate in budgeting, resource allocation, and inventory control • Promote teamwork, high performance, and a positive clinical environment Qualifications: • BSN required • Must have acute care nursing experience • Experience in electrophysiology, cardiology, procedural nursing, or perioperative environments strongly preferred • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience overseeing clinical teams • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities • Current RN license in state of practice or eligibility per applicable regulations • ACLS and BLS certifications required
