Qualifications: Strong mechanical background and experience as a mechanic or automotive service professional is required. Previous experience with claims administration. Bilingual (preferred) Thorough knowledge of automotive repair, technical vehicle operations, components, and breakdowns. Ability to handle customers in difficult situations.
