District Wide - Secretary

District Wide Secretary needed for the Upper Darby School District. Full time / Permanent Class IX position - $30,385 The District Wide Secretary will provide administrative support and coverage for the Secretaries in various offices and buildings during their absence and assist them during busy periods or as necessary. Perform clerical and procedural duties which may include but not limited to: 1. Providing telephone and receptionist services 2. Maintaining records of leave and attendance 3. Issuing various work records for offices 4. Requisitioning office supplies 5. Filing material and maintaining the office filing system 6. Receiving and controlling incoming correspondence/communications 7. Maintaining records for school based bank accounts, such as general welfare funds or student activity funds 8. Reviewing the use of facilities requests 9. Maintaining student records 10. Facilitate professional development 9.
