Security Guard

SECURITY GUARDJOB SUMMARY The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for guests, staff, and visitors. This position plays a key role in incident prevention, crowd control, and enforcing park policies. The ideal candidate is alert, professional, approachable, and capable of handling fast-paced situations common in an indoor adventure park environment. Key Responsibilities Guest & Facility Safety Monitor all guest areas, entrances, exits, and high-activity zones. Maintain a visible presence to deter unsafe behavior and ensure compliance with park rules. Support staff with guest issues, conflicts, or escalations. Assist in emergency response procedures including evacuations, first-aid situations, and incident containment. Requirements Prior security, military, law enforcement, or hospitality security experience preferred. Strong observation and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicts appropriately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods in a busy entertainment environment. Must be reliable and punctual, especially during weekends and holidays. Ability to work required schedule: Friday, 4PM - 9 PM, Saturday 2PM - 9PM, Sunday 2 PM - 9 PM, with additional holiday availability. Physical Requirements Standing and walking for long stretches Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
