Your Role: As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new employees via application leads through indeed. Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to new applicants to qualify them for our home health aide roles. Complete phone screenings, interviews, and compliance requirements prior to onboarding. Coordinate with HR Benefits Administrator on new hires. Enhance new hire retention through employee engagement initiatives. Track and report on employee turnover by reason. Ensure recruiting metrics are met through detailed report tracking. Perform other related duties as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in a Windows environment. Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Constructively handle diverse personalities. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Friendly, professional, personable, and analytical. 2 years of recruiting experience preferred but not required. Bilingual (Spanish and English) required. High School Diploma or GED required.
