Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Educational Requirement: Master's Degree Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and committed individual to join our team as a Part-Time Clinician/ Therapist. This role involves providing and coordinating therapeutic services for children, youth, adults, and families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong background in counseling or social work. Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand participants needs and challenges. Provide direct therapy and counseling services to individuals and groups. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to support participants mental health and well-being. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure care for participants. Additional Information: We encourage Alcohol and Drug Counselors (ADC’s) to apply, as their expertise is highly valued in our practice. Hourly Pay Rate: #35.00 billable/$20.00 non-billable Qualifications and Requirements:Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work. is required. Proven experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals and families. Experience in alcohol and drug counseling is preferred but not mandatory. Strong Organizational and Communication Skills Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience using Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) is a plus.
