Job Description

Project Scheduler Required Skills and Expertise: • Able to monitor project timelines and deadlines across multiple workstreams. • Experience developing weekly/ monthly status routines and reporting metrics. • Familiarity working with both agile and waterfall methodologies. • Expert mastery of MS Project and Agile tools to develop, maintain and control a hybrid schedule across multiple workstreams. • Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and other project tools/software. • Strong risk and issue management acumen. • Proven communication skills, well-organized, and influential leadership skills, with demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented environment and proficiency with collaboration, including having excellent interpersonal and documentation skills. • Project budgeting, resource planning, allocation and capacity planning skills and experience. • Is an aggressive problem solver. • Business acumen and political savvy • Minimum of 3 years working as a project administrator or similar role within a PMO. • PMP, CSM certification preferred. • PMI- SP will be advantageous. Experience • Project management, Demonstrated competency as a project scheduler., Proficient (4-6 Years), Yes • Microsoft Office Professional, Demonstrated competency with MS Project and other Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Rally, or Jira, Proficient (4-6 Years), Yes
