Detailed job description - Skill Set: The Palantir Service Lead is a techno functional role essential for making sure there is a seamless coordination, governance, and technical alignment across all stakeholders and systems. ble to clearly define the scope and success criteria for data profiling, system health checks, and data governance. ble to create Change Requests / Release Tickets. Coordinate with teams for approvals and SDLC gating for hassle free deployments. Coordinate with client stakeholders for the integration of Helix incident management tool and other Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes. Create a RACI matrix to outline the roles and responsibilities of Data Engineers, Platform Engineers, and QA. Ensure that the stakeholders with the defined roles can adhere to the defined responsibilities. Schedule discovery workshops and inventory audits to gather insights and ensure everything is accounted for. Keep track of profiling tasks and code governance setup, set milestones, and monitor progress weekly. Work closely with cybersecurity teams to get approval for the Palantir Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) rollout. Monitor Spark job performance before and after optimization, and review cost savings on a weekly basis. Define criteria to classify Foundry vs. non-Foundry use cases for optimization and appropriate work allocation to the team members. Maintain a dynamic inventory of use cases with real-time tagging. Closely monitor cost dashboards to track savings from Foundry. Work closely with the client-side Scrum Master to provide all necessary details for tracking project deliverables. The candidate should be available to support during odd hours and able to co-ordinate with various stakeholders in the time of business-critical scenarios like wildfires or long power disruptions. Palantir Foundry knowledge and experience is an add-on. Good to have utilities domain knowledge and experience. Working with Cloud based solutions is a must, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
