This position includes diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy services. Position Title: Qualified Professional - Intensive In-Home Program: IIH Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Community-Based + On-Call Rotation Position Summary The IIH Qualified Professional provides rehabilitative and skill-building interventions within the Intensive In-Home team model. Services are delivered in homes and community settings to stabilize youth and families.
