Our Sales Roster is full of long-term employees who have been in the automotive industry for decades. We recently renovated our dealership to match our sales demands and now we are looking for people to help develop and grow with us. As a Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant, your main objective will be customer service and assisting clients through the purchasing process. You don't need experience in the automotive industry - any customer-orientated jobs translate well! The ideal candidate is going to be ready to learn and willing to help! Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Responsibilities Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle. Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates. Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email. Negotiate sales transactions. Attend training and sales meetings. Complete sales transaction paperwork. This is a full-time position. Expect to work weekends but you will have two consecutive days off. Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Compensation and Benefits During your 3-month training period, you can pick between: $22/hour $4,000 per month Commission-based pay plan - there is no limit to how much money you can make!
